I’m currently walking towards the school parking lot after my first workout via Bui. Hopefully it’s the first of many! I tried out kettle ball swings today and I’m pretty sure I didn’t do it correctly… but I’ll get there soon! Trying to do gym 4 times a week for 6 weeks with 10/28 as the goal.
I know I posted that one of my goals was to be physically fit this year – and I’m glad I’m doing that, but I’m also getting 1000x more motivation because of something else going on in my life. I mean, spiritual matters are of utmost importance, but even the Bible acknowledges there’s some value to physical gainz. SO I HOPE I FINALLY GET IN SHAPE YAYYY.
*gonna try to record myself every day to make a video in the end too – like one of those inspirational YouTube things :P*
